TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By purchasing a coaching program, course, or service from Savor Life, LLC (“Savor Life”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Checking the acceptance box at checkout constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and Savor Life.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai’i.
1. Payment & Fees
Payment for all programs, courses, and services is made in full at the time of purchase through the Savor Life website. If a payment plan is offered, the Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments as outlined at the time of purchase.
Late Payment & Chargebacks
Failure to complete a payment as scheduled may result in immediate suspension of access to the Program. If a chargeback is initiated by the Client, Savor Life reserves the right to dispute the charge and seek reimbursement for any associated fees, including but not limited to administrative costs, legal fees, and collection costs. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days may be forwarded to a collections agency or pursued through legal action.
2. Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policies
General Refund Policy
Except as otherwise provided herein, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Money-Back Guarantee for the Infinite Solutions Formula
A 100% Money-Back Guarantee applies only to purchases of the Infinite Solutions Formula course and/or coaching. If the Client is unsatisfied with the Infinite Solutions Formula Program, they may request a full refund within 180 days of the purchase date by meeting the following criteria:
2.1 Completion of Program Requirements:
The Client must: (1) Complete at least 14 modules of the Infinite Solutions Formula course, including all workbooks and video lessons (2) complete at least 90 entries in the Manifest Your Dreams journal within the 180-day period, and (3) attend a minimum of 2 live coaching sessions for support.
2.2 Submission of Refund Request:
The Client must: (1) Email a refund request to Savor Life within 180 days of purchase and (2) Include proof of completion of the above requirements. If the above conditions are met, Savor Life will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid for the Infinite Solutions Formula.
Important Notes:
The Infinite Solutions Formula Money-Back Guarantee does NOT apply to any other Savor Life products, services, or coaching programs. Refund requests that fail to meet the stated criteria will not be honored. Partial refunds are not available.
3. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing a Program, the Client agrees to: (1) Take full responsibility for their personal and professional growth and engagement in the Program, (2) honor scheduled coaching sessions and understand that rescheduling is at the coach’s discretion if notice is given less than 24 hours before the session, and (3) keep all coaching materials confidential and not reproduce, share, or distribute them without written permission.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disparagement
The Client agrees that all coaching materials, techniques, and strategies provided in the Program are confidential and proprietary to Savor Life and may not be shared, copied, distributed, or used outside of personal participation in the Program. The Client agrees not to make any statements—whether oral or written—that could be perceived as negative, false, misleading, or defamatory about Savor Life, LLC, its programs, or its representatives in any public forum, including but not limited to: social media, online reviews, blogs, or third-party discussions.
5. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances)
Savor Life, LLC shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or inability to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: (1) Natural disasters (fires, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.), (2) Illness, injury, or other incapacity of the coach, (3) Government regulations, pandemics, or travel restrictions, or (4) Internet or software failures preventing live sessions. If such circumstances occur, Savor Life reserves the right to modify program delivery, reschedule sessions, or offer alternative formats to fulfill its commitment.
6. Arbitration Agreement & Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawai’i, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator shall have relevant experience in commercial disputes. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding. The Client understands they are waiving their right to trial by jury.
7. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By checking the box at checkout and completing the purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
8. Duty To Read
The Client accepts that under this agreement he or she has a duty to read these Terms given to The Client and has done so. The Client attests to this duty, and accepts that by remitting payment, he or she is stopped from using lack of reading or lack of signature as a defense against all remedies to contain herein.
